Una sa lahat wag kayong alok ng alok ng property niyo kung hindi niyo pa naaayos yung mga papeles ng unang bumili sa inyo. Ilang years niyo paabutin bago nila makuha yung titulo nila. Samantalang fully paid na. Kung hindi niyo pa i-release yung titulo ng lupa ng kapatid ko ipapa-media ko kayo.
ano na nangyari sa property namin. ilang taon ng bayad pero up to now wala pa din titulo.Si Cecille panay ang pangako na January may titulo na pero April na ngayon. Dapat siguro lahat ng bumili magsama sama at imedia na yang la excelsa na yan.

hi to all.. pls kung may information naman kayo about sa pag release nila ng titolo ng mga lupa let me know at terry_08@yahoo.com, uuwi kami ngayong dec sa pinas gusto ko sana maayos.. dahil 2006 pa ako bayad sa lupa.. si cecille hindi manlang mag reply last september 2015 nakausap ko sabi nya by october 2015 kokontakin ako ng office nila Nov na hanggang ngayon wala padin.. hay baka nga lokohan na to kung gusto nyo mag demanda let me know we have 3 atty in the family.. dahil kung ngayong dec walang mangyayari malamang mag dedemanda kami.. 2 lots ang binili namin sakanila bayad na pareho nung asia miles pa sila..
Same problem here, puro sila pangako. fully paid na rin ung akin nung 2011 pa and in 2012 nagbayad na ako ng 144k pesos para daw sa titulo..last month lang may pinala silang letter na provide daw ung mga documents(photocopy of 2 id's, latest paylisp and ITR, Photocopy of OR, contract to sell and certificate of full payment) kc daw ung old management d daw finorward ung mga documents eh sabi nila nung 2012 on process na ung title ko ano lokohan?? I think tama kayo na magtipon tayo and mag plan tayo kung ano ang magandang aksyon na gawin ntin dyan sa Asia Miles na yan.
Yung perang pinambayad sa kanila 10 years ago magkano na kaya ang value. kaya di ako naniwala kay Cecille na magbayad ara ma iprocess ang title kung hindi mas lalo pa madagdagan ang mga nakuha nila. I shared the facebook page since 3 buyers already emailed me. i think best if we share the site to our friends kasi sa nabasa ko patuloy pa din silang nanloloko ng tao. if marami mag share sa fb baka mas matauhan sila. pinaghirapan natin yung pera na binayad sa kanila pero napunta lng sa wala.
